Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Property Manager Assistant to join their client's team in San Diego. This role is integral to supporting the property management team in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to residents and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Property Manager in overseeing daily property operations.
  • Communicating with tenants and addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to property management activities.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
  • Managing tenant lease agreements and ensuring compliance with property policies.
  • Supporting the Property Manager in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Organizing and participating in property inspections and audits as required.
  • Collaborating with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Appfolio
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
